Joseph M. O'Malley, President - Mad Dash Inc.

Mr. O'Malley has over 20 years of experience with residential, commercial, and industrial projects that involve end-use metering. Mr. O'Malley's relevant expertise includes project management, before-and-after retrofit studies, monitoring of complex commercial, industrial and residential sites as well as specialized equipment for Demand Response programs/ evaluation and case studies. His responsibilities have included design of on-site monitoring setups, survey of sites, installation of monitoring equipment, training and supervision of personnel. He received his technical degree from the DeVry School of Technology in Chicago, IL.

Ryan Moss, Director Field Engineering

Mr. Moss has 11 years of experience of installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of energy monitoring and control systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. He has experience with many brands of energy monitoring software and hardware including Square D Power Logic, Siemens WinPM, E-Mon, Veris, Computer Process Controls (CPC), and TSC BAsys Controls among others. Mr. Moss is proficient in many communications methods including Ethernet; long and short haul modems, and wireless technologies for use in connecting metering and monitoring hardware for data collection. Utilizing hardware from Cannon, Comverge, and Carrier, Mr. Moss is knowledgeable in A/C cycling programs in both residential and small commercial. Further, his extensive experience in the field has allowed Mr. Moss to develop several of Mad Dash Inc.'s installation and troubleshooting procedures along with several implementation manuals. Mr. Moss currently directs all of Mad Dash Inc.'s field activities and the growing group of field engineers. Mr. Moss graduated with an Associate of Applied Science in Electronic Engineering Technology from ITT.

Mike Coholich, Vice President of Operations

Mr. Coholich is a customer focused business professional whose background in customer service for mission critical enterprise solutions has led to a proven track record in the areas of customer satisfaction and field service operations within the Information Technology industry. Mr. Coholich joined Mad Dash in late 2007 and has been instrumental in the development of standardized processes and procedures and a companywide CRM system to ensure Mad Dash's ability to scale its operations. Prior to coming to Mad Dash, Mr. Coholich served as the Customer Satisfaction Executive for Brocade Communications Systems, Inc. managing customer satisfaction, customer loyalty and partner support programs for the entire company. Previous career experience with McData Corporation, Channel Network Corporation, Inrange Technologies Corporation, and Computerm Corporation have required him to hold positions ranging from Vice President, Worldwide Service to Vice President, Technical Services and Vice President, Field Service Operations. Mr. Coholich is a progressive thinker and dedicated management team member with proven skills in the deployment of productivity tools to increase both employee and customer satisfaction. He has enjoyed significant success in building long lasting customer relationships and possesses proven problem solving abilities with strong reliance on IT systems. Mr. Coholich holds a Bachelors Degree in Electronics from Penn Technical Institute, Pittsburgh, PA and has been a member of AFSMI (Association for Services Management International) since 1992.

Steven Ellis, Logistics Coordinator

Mr. Ellis has 6 years of professional experience with an interfusion of implementation management, deployment coordination, and IS support. Through both his educational background and professional experience, Steven has built a strong understanding of connectivity methods, including but not limited to: LAN, WAN, telephony, and wireless technologies. Mr. Ellis has experience on all levels of both software and hardware implementation. His expertise begins with planning and delivery, and fundamentally integrates into training and advanced technical support. Mr. Ellis has been able to advantageously apply his implementation and management experience into the position of logistical planning and deployment within our business. Steven is able to properly manage the deployment of technicians across the country, while maintaining a cost effective and timely delivery of services. Mr. Ellis notably manages resources while balancing both budget and deadline requirements.

Michele Jung, Project Manager

Jung has 9 years of project management experience managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines. Major projects Mrs. Jung managed simultaneously included: plan, direct and manage tradeshows and corporate events; create point-of-purchase displays; manage 3rd party fulfillment house for assembly, distribution and inventory; production of marketing materials, promotions and rebate programs; budget; and vendor relationships. Mrs. Jung has 4 years experience in Six Sigma, which includes, but is not limited to the development of lean processes to improve workflow and documentation of standard operating procedures. Mrs. Jung manages METER-IT, Mad Dash's demand response installations along with various residential and commercial surveys and special projects. Mrs. Jung graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from DePaul University and also has a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Apogee Enterprises.
