Mike joined Mad Dash in late 2007 as Vice President of Field Operations and has been instrumental in the development of standardized processes and procedures and a company-wide Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure Mad Dash’s ability to scale its operations. Mike is a systematic progressive thinker and dedicated management team member with proven skills in the deployment of productivity tools to increase both employee and customer satisfaction. He has enjoyed significant success in building long-lasting customer relationships and possesses proven problem solving abilities with strong reliance on IT systems.
Mike is an experienced Executive with a strong focus in developing, implementing and improving business processes for customer support in mission critical environments. Demonstrated ability to quickly identify problem areas and implement effective solutions. Proven strengths in matching the company strategic mission to departmental goals resulting in high levels of employee and customer satisfaction.
Previous career experience with McData Corporation, Channel Network Corporation, Inrange Technologies Corporation, and Computerm Corporation has required Mr. Coholich to hold various positions, including Vice President, Worldwide Service; Vice President, Technical Services; and Vice President, Field Service Operations.
Mike holds a Bachelor Degree in Electronics from Penn Technical Institute in Pittsburgh, PA, and has been a member of AFSMI (Association for Services Management International) since 1992.
When away from his work, Mike is an avid runner training for marathons with his greyhound, Pinot. Mike also offers his time, volunteering annually with The Boston Marathon.
