Mary Gannon: Human Resources Manager

About Mary:

Mary joined Mad Dash in 2015, prior to her role as Human Resources Manager, Mary served as Sales Admin and Business Development Manger.

As the Business Development Manger, Mary served as primary point of contact for and liaison between executive management, sales teams, personnel, clients and vendors.

Mary’s main focus is driving excellence and best practices at every opportunity.

Mary’s Human Resources skills include: employee relations, training,¬† organizational development, EEO, employee/labor law and recruitment. Mary is instrumental in enhancing Mad Dash’s HR strategy and managing¬† the company corporate culture.

Mary graduated from Carthage College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Science and Business Administration. In her spare time, Mary enjoys spending time with her family and 2 dogs.
